Job Description: Everyone has a story. An editor helps tell it in an interesting, engaging way. We are also the interface between the story and the technology. I love playing with the new toys and trying the new techniques. My role at Hoffman is to keep the technical and artistic standards high.

Hobbies: I enjoy sailing on my 25’ Venture sloop with my bride (of 25 years) and best friend, Pam, every chance I get, scuba diving, skiing, choral music, playing with my home network, single–malt scotch, and grilling (I do a killer oak–smoked pork loin roast).

Job Description: I help words and images speak most effectively to communicate clients’ objectives. A word says more than what it spells out; it evokes “fancy” or “introspective” or “playful” or any number of things through its font and position relative to other visual elements. I make sure that these visual statements reinforce what a client is trying to communicate so that a more complete and cohesive statement is achieved.

Hobbies: I am involved in two choirs that perform classical, popular and gospel music at a variety of venues. Singing is a great way to flex that expressive muscle and relax all at once. I also love to draw and paint. Few things are more satisfying than creating something beautiful.

Job Description: As Vice President, I juggle creative projects, schedules and people with the goal of ensuring that none ever loses the precious air beneath it. I started my career in live broadcasting, which instilled in me the notion of having one chance to get it right. Our atmosphere is a bit more relaxed but the goal remains the same. I also enjoy contributing music, lyrics and humor to projects as the needs arise.

Hobbies: Hanging out with my family, reading poetry, writing music, learning new instruments, playing golf and wishing that home repair might one day be reduced to hobby status.

Job Description: The key element to my job is to be wherever I am needed. The rest of the team comes to me with the overlooked, underappreciated and overly technical tasks. When the "ANNA" sign lights up, I come to the rescue. Whether it's running a prompter or logging on a shoot, reviewing and capturing source material, or burning 100 DVDs in a single afternoon, I do whatever needs doing. Every day is different and offers new challenges.

Hobbies: I enjoy baking and cake decorating, kickboxing, writing, true crime shows and all things animated. I like playing video games and watching movies with my husband, and hanging out at home with my kitties and guinea pigs. I also devote one evening each week to volunteering at the Animal Humane Society.

Job Description: Apart from the personal enjoyment, one of the best things I love about editing is seeing the looks on clients’ faces when their ideas are realized and up on the screen. I enjoy being part of a creative team, everyone contributing to make something great.

Hobbies: I have traded in a lot of my leisure time for fatherhood, but when I do get some free time I enjoy travel, cooking, hiking, music and puttering around the house trying to find things to fix.
